Website & Streaming Support

Got a problem with something on our website? Got a copyright or intellectual property dispute with something on our website? Need help getting live streaming working on your computer? Not sure that our site is displaying properly on your computer?

Grant Broadcasters Online provides help to users of our websites from one central point of contact.

Please consider the following before you contact us though...

  • Are you using the most current web browser on your computer? Most display problems are to do with Internet Explorer version 6 which is very very old! It is an unsecure browser that has been superceded by Microsoft twice since it's release.
  • What kind of internet connection do you have? Our websites display best on a broadband internet connection. Our streaming relies on you having at least a 256K broadband connection, but in regional areas this is usually not even enough, and you will need at least a 512K broadband internet connection.
  • Are you a Mac user and having trouble streaming? There are a number of free tools to help you hear us live. Just Google "Mac Windows Media Player" and you will see some of these.
  • Are you using a Linux-flavour or operating system? There is no reason why our site wouldn't work on your system except that you may be using a variety of extensions, software and exotic types of configuration that stop certain types of CSS and tabling displaying properly. The best bet is to use a current web browser such as Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Opera.
  • If you are the owner of content on this site that is not authorised to be on this site, please email us with an explanation of who you are and who you represent and we will remove that content immediately.

Still have an issue?
